The Booking Process
- Click the 'Book Now' button and select the week you would like to reserve.
- Once we receive your booking request, you will be sent two documents via Docusign:
- Rental Agreement
- House Rules
*Holds will not be placed on the calendar until these documents are signed and approved*
- Once the documents are received, they will be reviewed with 72 hours*
- If approved, you will receive an email from Lodgify to complete the 50% deposit.
- When your booking is approved, you will receive an email from Lodgify to complete your 50% deposit.
- The remaining final amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.
